The space: Please read our terms and conditions for the use of the ATV below before booking. The studio is private specifically furnished to maximize the space and to create a comfortable accommodation for two travelers. NOTE: We have additional modern studio suites available in the same building to accommodate a bigger party.

Guest access: Guest has access to all common areas including; swimming pool, up-stair sunbathing terrace, elevator, parking area, and green areas around the pool.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE USE OF THE ATV** You must agree to all of the following terms and conditions before being provided with the keys to the ATV: 2. You are borrowing my ATV, you are NOT renting it. 3. You must go through a 5-10 minute tutorial with your host at check in to receive the keys. If you are unable to safely ride the ATV you will not be provided with the keys to the ATV. 4. You must have a valid license to use the ATV. 5. The ATV is not allowed to be used after sunset, 7pm for safety reasons. No exceptions. 6. The ATV is ONLY allowed to be used to ride to downtown's super markets, restaurants and or to nearby beach clubs. Mr. Sanchos Beach Club being the furthest south. 7. The ATV cannot be used to go around the island, punta sur beach park or north end of the island & Passion Island. You will need to hire your own transportation to go to any of these locations. 8. IF A MECHANICAL PROBLEM OCCURS DURING YOUR STAY YOU WILL NOT BE PROVIDED WITH ANOTHER ATV.
